To join the Maine Commercial Property Exchange, print and complete the Maine CPE Membershipo Agreement.  Mail your completed Membership Agreement with your check payable to NECPE to 19 Community Drive, Augusta, ME 04330. Use the following timeline to determine the amount owed:

2011/2012 Membership Fees If Joining Between:

July 1, 2011 - September 30, 2011 - $473

October 1, 2011 - December 31, 2011 - $354.75

January 1, 2012 - March 31, 2012 - $236.50

April 1, 2012 - June 30, 2012 - $118.25

You will be e-mailed your id and password within 7 business days of receipt.
